Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is conveniently located near the old city center and offers basic but very clean rooms. The service is friendly and helpful, making the stay pleasant overall. The dining options are varied and worth the cost. However, the rooms can feel a bit gloomy and could be cleaner.
The hotel's rooms were clean and had everything needed inside, but they were far too hot, especially at night, making sleeping uncomfortable. The service was brilliant, especially when we had a medical problem during our stay, and the staff was helpful and super nice. The location was good, being only a 5-minute walk from the castle and walking distance to the old town center. The dining experience was ok but not worth the money, although the continental breakfast was worth getting up for the coffee and tea. Overall, the hotel provided a comfortable and clean stay with excellent service, but the dining options were not the best.
The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore on foot. The rooms, although on the smaller side and in need of renovation, were suitable for a short stay. The service was friendly and accommodating. However, dining options were limited and overpriced.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms offered a beautiful view of the Vistula river and Wawel Castle, although the bathroom facilities were not clean and felt gloomy, leading me to cut my stay short instead of extending it.
